Japanese speaking Customer Service Officer

1.Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2.Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3.Handle and resolve customer complaints
4.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
5.Perform customer verifications
6.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
7.Follow up on customer interactions
8.Other tasks may be assigned by Senior managers
