Japanese Speaking Business Development Manager

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing major clients.
2. Manage the company sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
3. Identifying and creating new business opportunities with customers and making use of company resources and products and the company’s solutions base to meet customers’ needs.
4. Keeping up with the business and development processes of clients and company; making project plans for each phase of cooperation; confirming requirements with clients in each phase of cooperation; tracking the execution of plans in each phase.
Requirements
1. Majored in architecture design or other related subject
2. Able and willing to learn; able to work independently; able to work under pressure.
3. Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
4. Japanese candidates only
5. All applicants must have knowledge of international business regulation and be able to engage in business negotiations.

Starting date: ASAP
Duration: Full-time, 1-3 year contract
Salary: 350,000 yuan a year plus bonus based on experiences and interview
