Experience of studying or working in Europe or the USA will be a big advantage as you will be dealing a lot with foreigners. The ideal person is someone who: • is Japanese with excellent English skills (native-level Japanese, spoken and written, is essential), • can quickly learn many new skills in many different industries, • wants to succeed, • can word hard and efficiently to finish work with high quality, • has strong organizational skills. • has good PC skills, experience of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are essential. A degree will be an advantage but is not absolutely necessary. Experience of managing a busy office and executive will be an advantage but is not absolutely needed.
